charmed stay near tower bridge
delicious option fresh fruit convenient location
the breakfast offered numerous delicious options including fresh fruit and pastries. arnel greeted guests with a smile each morning. the hotel's location was very convenient near tower hill underground station. the spa was also a clean and relaxing treat.
i found some debris stuck to tiles by the toilet, very disappointing

great location breakfast buffet many options small gym outdated furniture worn decor
the location was great. it was near the underground and many attractions (i really enjoyed being so close to everything). the breakfast buffet was excellent. there were many options available.
the gym was quite small. it only had a few pieces of equipment available and it was very crowded at peak times. our room was a bit outdated. the furniture looked worn and the decor felt old.

really good stay near tower bridge!
central location city skyline breakfast buffet
The hotel location is unbeatable, with the tube station just a short walk away. i had an east-facing view from the window, so i could see the city skyline clearly. the breakfast buffet was excellent. I didn't even need lunch. the staff members were universally friendly and professional. I felt very welcome.
i found that the air conditioning in my room was quite mild. even with the settings on full, the room was still rather warm. this made it difficult to regulate the temperature to my liking.

The breakfast buffet included many different dishes and beverages. The selection was excellent. ashraff and arnel were particularly helpful and kind, ensuring all guests were taken care of promptly. the food was AMAZING!!!

Staff provided great service. arnel demonstrated attentiveness in the restaurant, always checking if he could assist me. every staff member i encountered was friendly and polite. I felt very supported.

The room featured a very comfortable bed, contributing to restful sleep. the room was also very clean. This created a pleasant environment. additional amenities included a spa with a great pool, sauna, and jacuzzi for relaxation.

indoor pool decorated space family option basic room limited space missing aircon
the indoor pool were great. common spaces feels nicely decorated. it's a good option if your travelling with family.
the room they gives me were very basic. i just have a double bed and one desk with only one desk chair. there weren't much space to sit. also there werent no aircon.

Acceptable Stay with Lingering Issues
cold room blocked sink
The breakfast was plentiful with a good range of options.
The room thermostat was impossible to adjust. It remained quite cold. I also noticed cigarette butts and a discarded beer can on the balcony. The bathroom showed signs of wear with water stains on the marble and a sink with blockage problems.
